Why he vanished after Jaane Tu... why ‘Maamujaan’ matters so much to him...why he hasn’t signed anything lately...here’s Imran Khan unplugged
In the middle of this Kidnap promo blitz, how could you take time out for the Singapore Grand Prix? I am not that big an F1 fan. I went because I was invited by Vijay Mallya… The only place to watch F1 is on TV. At the track you sit at one place and theRead more...

Tushar Joshi
After playing a baddie in Kidnap, Imran Khan gets into the action groove again with a vengeance. He recently shot for an underwater action scene surrounded by sharks near Durban in South Africa for Soham Shah's Luck.
Imran, who hadn't done this before, had to undergo specialised scuba diving training for this scene. A source working on the film reveals, "Imran was quite geared up to meet the challenge of doing the scene. Soham asked him if he wanted to use a body double, but the actor was adamant on doing the scene himself. Even though the scene was shot in a controlled environment with authorised scuba experts, the sharks were moving very close to Imran."Read more...
The chocolate boy will sport a new look for his next sex comedy
Imran sure seems to be following on his mamu's footsteps. Like we can always depend on Aamir Khan to have a new look or at least a different haircut for every movie, it seems we can expect the same from Imran.

This Eid's most keenly awaited film Kidnap sees the latest teen sensation Imran Khan in a radically different avatar. From essaying a cute, lovable boy-next-door in Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na to a new-age angry young man, Imran has grown by leaps and bounds. Kidnap sees him perform some death-defying stunts, which even had veteran Sanjay Dutt concerned for his safety and well-being.
Leaving the crew of the film astonished, Imran underwent a 3 week training by the UK-based action director Dane and did all the Parkour himself. The chase scene between Imran's and Sanjay Dutt's characters involves a heavy dose of stunning Parkour and is among the high points of the film. The scene required Imran to jump from a 16-storey building, which he did without any support!Read more...
Popular Imran is swamped with offers 27 Sep 2008 | 73 Views | admin
The popularity of Imran Khan, who is just one film old, has soared so much that he says he has been "reduced to doing interviews in cars, in the shower, anywhere" and is being offered huge amounts of money to just show his face at parties.
"I'm now reduced to doing interviews in cars, in the shower, anywhere...thanks to the promotion of 'Kidnap'. I'm also being offered ridiculous sums of money to just attend functions, parties and events," Imran said.
"I'm really surprised by the lengths people are willing to go to get stars into their orbit. I'm offered unheard of money to simply attend parties, have a drink, hang around and leave in 10 minutes," he added.Read more...
What has scarred Imran Khan? 24 Sep 2008 | 225 Views | admin
The ‘cute’ actor has quite a wild streak hidden inside him. He has a huge fascination for knives and is also quite a pro at jabbing a knife between his fingers.
“When I was at school, I used to love jabbing the knife between my fingers without looking at my hand. It was quite a fascination and I would do it regularly,” Imran told After Hrs, flaunting his scarred fingers.
He added: “Do you see these scars? It is all the result of my playing with knives. I have got hurt regularly when I started doing it but it was fun and I enjoyed it.”Read more...
