Imran Khan’s wife Avantika had something in store for her husband’s birthday. She invited Strings all the way from Pakistan to perform at the post-wedding bash during the couple’s honeymoon in Thailand. For Strings, the trip unveiled the couple’s obsession with the band’s music.
Sharing the details with The Express Tribune, Faisal Kapadia said, “It was loads of fun. The first night was a DJ night and the second night was our concert. We played songs that we don’t perform but for these guys we did. Our concert was right at the beach!”

Aamir Khan still hasn't set a date for Imran and Avantika's reception
Aamir Khan is still undecided about when he will host the wedding reception for nephew Imran Khan and his bride Avantika Malik. And there are no plans of having it before the release of Dhobi Ghat.
My way B-Town speculation was that the actor-producer would throw a bash where he would invite the who's who of Bollywood as well as other high-profiled folk just before his wife Kiran Rao's movie hits the marquee.
The couple who were dating for seven years had a civil registered wedding at home. The registrar came home for the signing at 6 pm.
It was an extremely personal affair amidst only family members from both sides.Present were Aamir Khan and Kiran, his first wife Rina with both the kids Junaid and Ira, Mansoor Khan his wife Tina, Aamir's mother and Nuzhat's sisters Nikhat and Farhat.
